This is only the beginning, though, as large language models (LLMs), such as those driving ChatGPT, have far-reaching use cases across industry verticals. In the near future, I anticipate that these models will start to be paired with other more targeted solutions, creating a suite of AI-powered tools, which can be deployed for either gathering information or interacting with a customer base.
